Do you really need a CPA or an accountant to do your taxes for you? You don’t have to; you can do them yourself.

But is it that job of the attorney and the CPA, and yes, a good real estate agent to represent you and do the best job for you?

Only you can answer that question. Of course I’m going to say absolutely you need a good real estate agent who is going to protect you and make sure your best interest are being taken care of.
