We run into this situation quite a bit with sellers where they’re unsure about selling their house and buying another house. Should they sell their house first, or should they buy their house first?

All of this is actually going to be determined by your finical situation and speaking with your lender to see if that’s even a possibility for you.

Most cases people have to sell their current home before turning around and purchasing a new one.

 However, there are options out there to figure out what works best for each individual. It’s important to speak with a lender to find out what’s going to be best.

That said, we can sell houses and close on new houses in the same day. It can be a little tricky, so this is another one of those key things, I say it all the time.

 Make sure you have a great agent, that’s really following up and making sure that the time lines are very strict and they’re being adhered to, because it can really make a difference on your stress level when you’re selling your house and then buying a brand new one as well.
